I'll try it in my next rack session that I don't have access now
But why RDP CSS need this mva-pt that i think it is only used to call outside
[as i was inside the company] and no need to see the mva again !!

Does the h323 gateway and RDP CSS both have access to 2777 MVA number
partition?

 Hi gog,

Thanks for your reply

I have the same MVA no on the cucm as 2777

and try from h323-gw as BR1 , i hear the ivr but disconnect after i call press
# for outside call

and from HQ MGCP-gw I create DID as 1777 which translate to 2777 route pattern
[in internal pt] which send to h323-hq-gw dial-peer service mva then back to
cucm to mva number throguh h323-hq-gw to MVA no [mva-pt] that match the media
resource mva DN

so I'm trying MVA with both h323-gw at BR1 and at the same time at MGCP-gw at
HQ using DID
I created one RDP with its RD for each gw

But in both cases I get disconnect

MVA DN in service parameters and media resources is 2777

service parameter adjusted to use RDP CSS , so i put outside-CSS in my both RDP

but it was giving me ur call cann't be completed and then the new one is that
it is disconnecting

Hi mate,

Can you tell us how do you have it configured? There are quite a few steps that
have to be considered on MGCP, as the call has to be hairpinned.
It's not same as when it's h323 gateway, it's a bit more complicated, although
not much more.

Tell us what you have configured exactly, otherwise you can't know what can be
wrong.

But here are a few things that you can check
1) Media Resources -> Mobile Voice Access - number is configured correctly, and
it matches the number that you have in destination-patter on h323 gw dial-peer.
2) The CSS is correctly configured on the Gateway, or on the RDP, depending on
what you have in service parameters for CSS selection for MVA.
3) The h323 gateway CSS must have access to MVA number regardless of service
parameter...

And then many times, everything is well configured and it just does not work.
sometimes restart of MVA service helps... even sometimes various restarts.

Regards,
