Make sure vlan 400 is up/up.
If not, that would do it.

I'm having a weird issue. (see snipits below)
I configured mt CME for CUE(not telephony-service yet) and I cannot ser ser 0/0
ses to it
I can ping 10.10.202.2 from hq rtr
The cli just has a blank like
Anyone have an ideas or run into this?
