Sidenote: NTP sync on pub will templorarliy bring down the replication to "3" on pub( I have timed it to 10 minutes). In that case you just have to wait.

My Pub was "3". =( What I did was utils dpreplication stop ( on both pub and sub) then reset all on pub. In the end, halfway I rebooted both callmanagers and proceed with other task. Around 40 minutes later or less, both are back to 2! >From my deployment experience, reboot will actually works provided it's during >a downtime of course. =) On Mon, Jun 6, 2011 at 2:14 AM, Emin Guliyev <eguli...@fidelus.com<mailto:eguli...@fidelus.com>> wrote: Hey guys, I know that there has been previous posts on replication issues. Just want to get a brief list of commands that you guys use to tackle replication issues. My personal preferences are: If the replication on sub is "3" I would use these commands: Utils dbreplication stop --> sub Utils dbreplication dropdbadmin --> sub Utils dbreplication stop --> pub Utils dbreplication dropdbadmin --> pub Utils dbreplication repair all --> pub If the replication is "4" on sub (which means Informix SDL TCP socket is not established) Utils dbreplication stop --> sub Utils dbreplication stop --> pub Utils dbreplication reset all --> pub Appreciate your input. PS: I figured, if I have to deal with replication issues in the lab. I will proceed to stop CCM and tftp services on the sub and run on pub only during the replication repair process.
