hi erwan, if your router is an H323 and you are getting inbound for Mobile Voice Access, you need 'service mwa' command on POTS dial-peer which has incoming-called number 3000. you do not need the same command on voip dial-peer.
You will always need 'application' 'service mwa http://......'
