Hi Ken,

>From a lab perspective, I didn't find any difference between SJ and
Brussels with respect to:

1. Speed
2. Ease of access
3. Proctors

The only difference was that the phones in SJ are mounted on wooden boards,
4 on one side and 4 on the other so you can simply reach out and test.
Phones in Brussels are placed one after the other in a long line so you
have to get up and move around to perform testing.

Given below are a few non-lab related pros and cons:

SJ
---
Pros:

1. Lightrail is an easy way to get around without waiting for transport for
too long.
2. I stayed at the Vagabond Inn and that has a Denny's Diner attached.
Always helpful if there is a 24X7 Diner next to the hotel.
3. Hotel is a 3 minute lightrail ride from the Cisco office.
4. Fisherman's Wharf
5. LA isn't too far away.

Cons:

1. Food options are limited if you are a Vegetarian.
2. It's a bit dicey roaming around on the streets post 10 p.m.

Brussels
------------

Pros:

1. Grand Place
2. Cafes' littered around the city are amazing
3. The Cisco office is walking distance (about a 20 minute walk) from the
Hotel (Campanile)
4. Some places look like they are straight out of a fairy tale.
5. Paris is a 2 hour Thalys train ride away.

Cons:

1. Everyone does not speak English
2. Pricey.
