Hi, One friend faced this issue.
After passing written exam , to see how to schedule a CCIE Lab Exam , he scheduled a date & entered an invalid credit card number thinking cisco will automatically drop him due to non-payment. Now he says credit card payment is declined ( as expected ) ; but his date is not dropped & can't be cancelled now within 90 days. He can't raise a support case also. Anybody know how to resolve this? Ken
