Create a new Call Manager group that has the UCM servers in the order you want
them to use. Create a new Device Pool that uses the new UC group. Add the
phone to the new Device Pool.

Dude, we do not offer 24/7 support for your daily work. We are student trying
to pass a certification.

The CCNA book or CIPT1 book can explain you this in detail.

Have fun reading and studying.

We have multiple sites with their own CallManagers. I am trying to get one of
my phones to register with another one of the CM servers. There is a WAN link
between the sites. I added the phone to the other CM and I manually configured
the TFTP setting on my phone. What all do I need to manually configure on my
phone to get it to register with the other CM? Thanks!
