Because I cant test it right now

if we use factory  default first then proceed with the admin,ntp,timezone , etc 
that its asking and then proceed with the software installation clean url , and 
then finally finish the configuration it will be ok right?

Licenses are on uccx and there should be FileZilla on there set up to serve the 
file. 

Usually you just have to do 

software install clean URL FTP://10.10.210.5/<file name> username Cisco 
password Cisco 

(no caps)

Then offline and restore factory default

Check it when it comes up and you are ready to go
