The URL that I'm using for the icd-onebutton is http://10.10.210.5:6293/ipphone/jsp/sciphonexml/IPAgentLogin.jsp
The UCCX is in Partial_Service. The services that are shutdown are is Cisco Desktop LDAP Monitor Service and Cisco Desktop Sync Service. When I tried to manually start the Cisco Desktop Sync Service to stops immediately. Thanks.
