when I press IPPM service , it said : You were trying to access IP Phone Messenger service from a device not provisioned in CallManager"
I check it is related to bug CSCsv97810 because of "User ID" have a space. However no space in my "User ID" Has anyone encountered this before and know to fix? tks K
