I did some dummy project for this purpose.
That is I added new project called sth like "Clean up", activated only
by Force button and wrote
custom script (<exec> task) with required commands (like "svn cleanup
<dir>")

Then, each time this happens, we logon directly on the build server,
type "svn cleanup", and we are back on green again.
It would be really nice if was possible to make this operation
automated.
