[ccnet-user] Web dashboard doesn't refresh

Hi

My dashboard doesn't seem refresh the current state, so I have to
click on "refresh state" manually. Is something thing wrong or is
there anywhere I can modify the refresh rate.

It's a new v1.4.2.14 install on Windows server 2008.
