Hi Zhi,

you could do that with molrep , by specifying MODEL2 as your fixed input model and MODEL1 as your model to search the second subunit (MODEL2 will not be moved). If you want to use phases just add to the LABIN command which phases to use. Check Alexei's webpage for a more recent version of molrep .

hi, all
I want to do a phased MR, but I can not figure out how to do it.
Some backgrounds:
the protein containing two subunits;
a poor SAD-phasing map;
got a correct MR of one subunit.
A phased MR can be used to solve the position of the other subunit. The question
is that how to fix the correct subunit position in a phased MR, which program 
can
do that?
