Dear colleagues, Upon installing ccp4mg from the tar-file and running I get the following error: dyld: python version mismatch for library: /sw/lib/libxml2.2.dylib (compatibility version of user: 9.0.0 greater than library's version: 8.0.0) dyld: python version mismatch for library: /sw/lib/libxml2.2.dylib (compatibility version of user: 9.0.0 greater than library's version: 8.0.0) /usr/local/ccp4mg/bin/ccp4mg: line 171: 972 Trace/BPT trap python $CCP4_MG/python/ui/ui.py $* is my python version too new? I also tried to install from the disk image (.pkg file) which appears to work fine, but apart from putting "ccp4mg.app" in the applications folder this does not seem to have done anything I can find.
