Well - I outinely do a bit of refinement, merge (reflection utilities cad) PHIC FOM from the refmac log file with the complete data set, then do a DANO fourier map, prob. to limitedresolution and a peak search. That will show you all anom scatterers..

Dear all,

We had collected a complete MAD dataset for our 40 KDa protein. Mass-spect results shows incorporation of 10 seleno-methionines. But we could identify only 6 out of the 10 Seleno-methionine sites. The intial map (bnp) isn't really good. With that, we have completed the structure partially and at this stage we are a bit stuck. Is there a way we can nail down the minor sites as well, which can be of great help in fixing the remaining parts of the structure.

Thanks and Regards,
Dileep
