I have met a similar situation. The resolve_composite_map you saw probably is 
not
final resolve_composite_map that is very similar to resolve_best_map. After
resolved the structure, I found what the resolve_composite_map is shown are 
partly
right. I think if you got resolve_composite_map like this, you are possible 
close
to the resolution. You can start from the secondary structures appeared in the
resolve_composite_map, but always remember some of them are wrong.
