However, I see at least one major problem with the script which is
generating some of the errors you get.
/usr/local/xtal/ccp4-6.0/bin; eof-mosflm
This line is wrong - I imagine you wanted something like
'/usr/local/xtal/ccp4-6.0/bin/ipmosflm << eof-mosflm' As a result, all the
lines following are interpreted as shell commands rather than mosflm
commands. Since the '!' character is not a comment in the shell but rather
a command recall character, this may explain some of the nameless error
messages you got. The permissions error is because you asked the shell to
execute the command '/usr/local/xtal/ccp4-6.0/bin' which is not a command
but a directory.
Fix this error and let us know if the others go away.
