you'll need to run mapman on the EM map and write it out as an EZD map, then
edit the origin, so that the center of mass is no longer in the origin. Read
it back into mapman and write it out again as ccp4 map. Then you need to

(http://xray.bmc.uu.se/usf/mapman_man.html#S53) instead of taking the
mapman->ezd->edit->mapman->ccp4 route
