Does your mtz file have I4132. If not then there might be problem. If
yes then send me your input data I will sort it out.

the Refmac output pdb, the
space group is changed to P4132. I am afraid that this is not just a
typo, but actually the
refinement ran in that space group. (The space group is I in both the
input mtz and the pdb files).
Does anyone have a word of wizdom on this?
