Hello,
I just noticed that when I took a pdb file in I4132 space group
(obtained by running a Phaser MR)
and tried to refine this using Refmac in ccp4i 1.4.4 (Windows), the in
the Refmac output pdb, the
space group is changed to P4132. I am afraid that this is not just a
typo, but actually the
refinement ran in that space group. (The space group is I in both the
input mtz and the pdb files).
Does anyone have a word of wizdom on this?
