I split up the clipper libraries into clipper and clipper-ccp4, since
the other filetypes/libraries have no external dependencies. The rpms
are also split into two parts, and the pkg-config support has two .pc
files. Everything is linked correctly, so its straightforward to call
"pkg-config --libs clipper-ccp4" and pull everything in. If I ever
get cctbx support going, that will have to be a third library. Does
this seem reasonable?

I've posted the files, including the updated patch sets, at the same
web location.

Regards,
Tim
