Hi folks,
I am running ccp46.0.1 and LINUX redhat. I have a problem with
REFMAC5.
It refuses to make ccp4 type fo-fc and 2fo-fc maps when requested. The
program will not run and the error message is;
'There is no file name for parameter MAPOUT'
Of course REFMAC5 will not let me get to the command file script to edit it
and put in a map name.
Is this a new feature of REFMAC5% or does somebody have a fix?
Of course I could make the maps with FFT but ........................
