Hi folks,
The problem of making maps in REFMAC5 requires that
you go and set up your ccp4 preferences on the ccp4 gui. You need to set 'ask
for explicit ccp4 map names' in your ccp4 preferences box.Then the CCP4 map name
boxes will appear in the REFMAC5 gui.
