Hi Raja:

The root shell isn't inheriting the environment, so to ensure that
everything is set up correctly, do this:

sudo -s
source /sw/bin/init.sh
ccp4i

The /sw/bin/init.sh will (indirectly) source the whole ccp4 environment
setup file.
