Thanks Norman, for the quick reply. I classified them for good, because the resulting mtz contains numbers and not question marks. But you are right the logs show something different. I will try tracking down where the problem comes from. With the precompiled bin everything works fine. One thing I wonder about is that your binary is only linked against some system library, where as the one from the src-package is also linked against several ccp4 and clipper libs. Is that intended?
