I'm sure other visualizing tools can do this, but I just wanted to share that our free Discovery Studio Visualizer<http://accelrys.com/products/discovery-studio/visualization-download.php> can do this quite easily. Contact me off the list and we can set up a time when I can show you how to do this. I could also send you some instructions as well.
