Whoa! The memory leak is directly proportianate to the rtp timestamp. For instance, if you set the timestamp to i and increment each time you'll never experience the leak. However, if you multiply i*160 (20*8000/100), the memory usage will grow real fast. In fact, it has nothing to do with actual leakage, its just overallocating memory. How do we fix this?
