I can't see the page either. I am in Perth in Western Australia. I suspect that the website has some very coarse geo-blocking filter blocking the entire Asia-Pacific region rather than countries like China and North Korea which they actually try to target. It is just a lazy and somewhat dumb attempt at keeping the bad guys out.
