I agree with Paul. The most foolish part in geo-blocking is that it is trivially overcome by using one of the many VPN services. I am sure that the "bad guys" know how to use a VPN or other maybe more sinister techniques to access these types of websites. All this nonsense just hurts the innocent maybe not-so-technical guy who would like to access some not-so-important information. :-)
