on vintagecomputer.net I documented a lot about the help I got to get my
3100 up and running.  I'd suggest you take a look there, includes tips from
cctalk that I assembled plus my own findings from manuals and trial and
error to get up and running.  Search "MicroVAX 3100" - warning organization
is haphazard at times but there is a lot of useful stuff if you dig around.
