I am trying to use the CDK web services provided by cdk-taverna.jar in Taverna.
I added the jar file in T averna lib and got the list of WSDLs in Taverna. However when i tried to invoke any of those web services i get an error. For instance i tried the 'parseSMILES' and gave a smile file as input and when i ran the workflow, i got an error in SmilesTOoks.parseSMILES() : line 49...
