Hallo Smitha, which OS do you use? If you try to run it under linux delete the jmol.jar within the lib directory of your Taverna installation. This causes an unsolved problem with the cdk because the cdk includes jmol too. Which java version do you have installed? Did you also copy the cdk.jar into the lib directory? >From where did you download the cdk-taverna.jar?
