Say you use the colored boxes in Stefan's NMRShiftDB... you need 2x2 per atom, bond lengths of 4 pixels... by 4 at least for double bonds... + one pixel whitespace means room for at most 4 atoms over one distance... I never tried to squeeze molecules into this size, but seems rather unrealistic... no in the default way of drawing... Why not draw at 120x120 and have a image tool reduce the size... that will likely yield reasonable results... better than Renderer2D can do at that scale... was never intended for that small.
