> Are you using JavaScript to do that? That sounds like the problem I am finding recurrently across several versions of JCP applet: the applet canvas needs a repaint to display the molecule. Some times mousing over it, others minimizing the browser window and restoring it, makes the molecule appear. This happens with Javascript but also without it; for ex., many times with the demo page like http://cdk.sourceforge.net/jcpapplet/ViewerAppletSmall.html I've reported it before but others didn't see the problem (maybe the operating system? - mine is WinXP, Firefox 3.5)
