Hello, in case it is of interest: Jmol 11.8 opens the no.cml file all right, but complains on the yes.cml file:
ERROR in script: XML parsing error: The element type "list" must be terminated by the matching end-tag "</list>". for file yes.cml type XmlCml That's because the </cml> tag is closed before the </list> tag, which makes sense to be fixed. After fixing that by hand, everything goes well. Avogadro reads both files but draws a bunch of bonds to a dummy H atom in the center between atoms 10 and 11 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Come build with us!
