Hi,

I'm looking for some enlightenment about the way
  org.openscience.cdk.renderer.generators
relates to
  org.openscience.jchempaint.renderer.generators

In particular, there are a number of identically named classes with very
similar
functionality! Is this a snapshot of some sort of refactoring, and in that
case,
which way is it proceeding? The JCP version seems to have additional
capabilities (for example ExtendedAtomGenerator, which is what I was interested
in), but the CDK version uses a different and more sophisticated method to set
generation parameters.

A few words of explanation would be much appreciated, especially which branch
represents the best chance of future proofing what I'm doing.

Many thanks,

Jonty
