Sir, you might want to know that it might not be a good idea to offer
direct download. If you do want to help with the download speed, try
downloading OpenOffice.org via Bittorrent and seeding it. From: Robert
Job [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] I
have an Ebay store that sells software. I am also setting up a store outside of
Ebay on the web. I currently distribute disc that are LightScribed for other
programs from other small companies. I find that the LightScribe disk are a
cost effective alternative for costly screen printed disc. I wanted to offer
OpenOffic.org on my sites. I sell most software of this type for $5.95 per
program. I charge this small amount to recover the cost of making the CD,
listing on the web, Ebay fees,PayPal fees, shipping, and store cost, my profit
margin is almost zero on these types of items. Please let me know if I can sell
copies on disc, also please let me know if I am allowed to distribute it in
other ways, such as direct download from my web site. |
