I'm sorry you may have had problems some time ago, but thankfully more
people are helping out with the mail system as time goes on.
I was not about then, so cannot comment on your case.
You are correct that a lot of us are volunteers, but we do aim to respond as
soon as possible to all enquiries.
If we feel that we cannot answer the enquiry directly ourselves, they are
passed on to project leads etc for clarification.
Hopefully if you do have any further enquiries, we will get back to you
within a short period.
