AFAIK, the live CD is just a live CD; not an install CD...
To install CentOS, you need to download the install CDs or the DVD or the small
netinstall CD.
CentOS-5.3-<ARCH>-bin-[1..6]of6.iso
or CentOS-5.3-<ARCH>-bin-DVD.iso
or CentOS-5.3-<ARCH>-netinstall.iso
