Actually, as Johnny already said, you can use the LiveCD itself to do
a netinstall. However, in that case, you will still download the
packages from the Internet as they are installed.

In that case you might want to download only CD 1 of CentOS, since
(AFAIR) it's possible to do a minimal install using that CD only.
(Please someone else that has done that recently confirm that this is
indeed still possible.)
