It seems that the Ceph community no longer recommends changing to jemalloc. However this also recommends to do what's in this email's subject: https://ceph.com/geen-categorie/the-ceph-and-tcmalloc-performance-story/
Is it still recommended to increase the tcmalloc thread cache bytes, or is that recommendation old and no longer applicable? Thanks
