Try to get the email address (or phone number, better yet) of the instructor
and contact them. Don't contact the company in charge of the seminar because
they'll be heartless. :) Then tell the instructor you'd really like to go
but can't afford it and ask them if there's any coding you can do for them
in exchange for taking the course.
It's worth a shot.
