Blame anyone else but yourself seems to be the mantra of the day. Outside of
the western nations, I have not heard of herbivorous animals being turned
into carnivores.
The disease may well have originated anywhere, but the root cause is feeding
infected animal feed to animals that are not supposed to (intended to) eat
it.
Just my .02 pence.
