I remember my Guidance Councellor telling me that I had no aptitude for what
I wanted to do (at that time I wanted to be an Architect) and that I should
change all of my chosen subjects... upon leaving school I went straight into
sales, so he was probably a bit right <g>

My Math teacher told me that I'd fail all of my exams as I never did any
homework - I came second in the Mock Exams and passed with the highest
percentage that the school had had in over 5 years... I (surprisingly)
didn't listen to a word he said after that...

The most fun was arguing that a coin flip wasn't 50/50 as it could land on
it's edge... I then proceeded to prove this by spinning a coin and landing
it on it's edge... 3 times in a row... how's that for breaking probability?

Also, try complaining to an English Language teacher that you'd NEVER EVER
have any use for it in the future, so what the hell was the use in learning
it... surprisingly, in 16 years of working, I've never needed to know about
anything I learned in his lessons...

Don't get me started on Geography... learning the rainfall of somewhere that
most people haven't heard of is a little useless for 99.999% of people...
