How do they determine it is a 'waste of time'?
Have they analysed the effects of friendly banter on the outlook of the
worker during the day?
How then can they determine it a 'waste of time'?
How long does it take to read "yes I agree", or "You bet".(and most people
know better than to do that if they're not adding anything else to the
topic).
More research used to support a predetermined result,is how I see that
'study'.
Like the one that interviewed 560 people across several US College Campuses
and concluded that more women than men cybersex online.

That's pretty funny.....
I do spend about an hour or two a day on email if I were to lump it all
together, ....
......however, the friends I have made, the knowledge I have gleaned and the
stresses I have released make that time WELL WORTH IT to me! I mean, poor
'Python' would be utterly depressed if he couldn't chase after Gel and Ben!
