well radio shake used to be the place to go.
could print out your EMP specs at home, go there & find about 90% of what
you would need to build any thing. now its just a cell phone shop with
crappie vcr's & stuff.
no more real pieces & parts.

I've got the same arrangement, but have you ever noticed that most malls are
NOT guy oriented. out of hundreds of shops there are typically only a small
handful that interest me and the rest are for her. You'd think mall planners
would realize this and make it a bit more balanced so both parties spend
money. Or at least make an area for guys to just kick back and relax, maybe
watch TV or something, for Pete's sake put a bar in every mall! :-)

I worked out a system with my boss er wife. If we go to a mall and I'm not
interested in what she is shopping for, I break off and go look for
something that does interest me. Keeps us both happy.
