I Remember this. I saw it a few months ago. They even called me to talk
about. I asked them if the database would support transactions and all sort
of stuff like that. The guy on the phone didn't know. I thought they had
gone out of business.
If I remember correctly the software was slow. And the things you could do
with it were rather limited. It states that a shopping cart that in perl
would take 5,000 of code would only take 15 tags. Well what they don't
mention is if you want to do something out of the ordinary, or using some
complex DB operations you can't.
So those of you doing $200 shopping cart with zero customization, this is
the product for you. For those of you doing anything else, I would imagine
that is just about everybody, not the way to go.
