I just started rowing. I am crewing in an 8 boat. It is super fun. I live
within walking distance of Lake Union across from Seattle. I grew up in
Alaska and I used to go on long kayak trips there. I have to say, going
backwards and having to rely on other people make this a crazy new
experience. But we go fast! (at least when we have our act together)

Hi All,
Ok, so I have been lurking for _months_ now. I thought I would introduce
myself since I pretty much know all of you pretty well and yet you don't
know me. I here by pull off the dark shroud of lurkdom and officially
introduce myself.
I am April, I live in Seattle, CF programmer (ha! Was that a given), this
morning I went rowing for and hour and a half on the lake and this afternoon
I rode my bike (600 cc honda shadow vlx) around the block. I am short and
the bike is scary. I am hoping we can find a middle ground somewhere.
