Well, as past 10 of this ever exciting saga (yea, right) I spent 1.5 hours
on the phone this morning trying to return my product. Why did it take 1.5
hours? I kept getting bounced from one store to another. Why? Well, they
kept asking me for an order #, and I kept reading them the order # from my
packing slip. Since I'm an idiot, I didn't know they wanted the order # from
the web site. For some crazy reason I thought they would be the same.
The funny part is that to 'return' the software package, all I do is reply
to an email and promise to destroy the CD.
