Check cnn.com. A separatist group has claimed responsibility for beheading
an American tourist and cancelled negotiations with the government for the
return of other hostages. The body has not been found, but the torso of a
Filipino man was found. The group has been known to fake things in the
past. If they were trying to make the point that tourists are more prized
than natives, I think they made their point.
