Yeah I agree. There is a Cajun resturant near the office here that serves it
like popcorn shrimp. Just dip it in honey mustard sause and it is quite
tasty!

There was a Cajun restaurant near where I used to live when I was going to
graduate school. They served Alligator tail and I tried it once. Not bad.
I've had snake before, and frankly I prefer alligator.
